URGE Imprint Founded

Our story begins in 2012, we launched as a boutique management consulting firm, focused on strategy, innovation, and operational transformation to help organizations grow.

2017

URGE Development Group

We expanded into real estate development, bringing vision and execution together to deliver community-driven, sustainable projects in Detroit.

2022

EBIARA Investment Platform

Co-founded and launched on Juneteenth with leading partners, Invest Detroit and the Kresge Foundation, providing equity replacement capital for developers.

Today

URGE Group

Together, these platforms have stimulated more than $300M in development across Detroit neighborhoods, with housing, retail, and cultural projects shaping sustainable communities.

The time just felt right to leverage my personal and professional experiences to deploy capital where it’s needed. So, I decided that it was time to come back home to a place where my passion is fueled, which is Detroit.
